All reports are created on-site at the property using a tablet device and bespoke software.
The reports are largely completed by the time we leave the property and final checks done in the office before sending to our clients electronically.
We have a 48hr turnaround time from inspection to you receiving the report.
An inventory is a detailed inspection of the fixtures, fittings and furnishings of a property. It includes descriptive and conditional comments for each room, an overview picture of the room and conditional pictures for items with damage.

A check out report is completed at the end of a tenancy, it is essentially the same as a check in, marking any changes since the inventory and check in. We will report if we think these changes are fair wear and tear, tenant liability or landlord maintenance.
An inspection undertaken of the property
to give an overview of the condition of the property during the course of a tenancy.
The report highlights maintenance issues, property damage, cleanliness, subletting, pets, smoking and neglect.
